Diamonds, and ones you may not have seen before, specifically 32 brilliant-cut diamonds weighing 0.18 ct in G-H colors, with Vs clarity, which have been set on a kind of bearing, allowing them to rotate around the bracelet's axis and guaranteeing you something to do with your hands and hours of great fun.
